Two Old Cranleighans Play in Rugby Junior World Cup Final

Remarkably, two Old Cranleighans look set to play in the IRB Junior World Championship final on Sunday 22nd June at Liberty Stadium, Swansea.  Seb Stegmann (Cubitt) is a member of the England squad who play New Zealand in the climax of this under-20 world cup. Also in the game, but representing New Zealand, is Luke Braid (East), who plays open-side flanker for the All Black U20s and who has returned to his native Bay of Plenty, NZ.  Both played in the (undefeated) 2005 Cranleigh 1st XV.
