A small private view was held on Monday February 3rd for a two-week exhibition of work by Lower Sixth artists.  Each student showed work in a range of media, all developed from the ‘Rethinking the Everyday’ starting point. This ranged from still-life and portrait paintings, sculptural bosses and trophies, to ceramic clocks and collaged prints. The exhibition was a chance for pupils to reflect on what they have achieved so far and to consider their future directions. Work included unfinished and developing pieces but visitors to the show were impressed with the high standard of work emerging.
