Unless anonymity is requested, the Foundation will be keen to recognise the generous support of all donors.
Every donor to the Foundation will receive a formal invitation to key School events (such as Speech Days, Concerts, Plays, Christmas Services and Dinners).
The Cranleigh Foundation will further recognise the generosity of members by inviting them each year to attend an annual Foundation lunch, hosted at Cranleigh by the Head.
The names of all Patrons will be included on the list of 'Benefactors of the School' (the first two being those of Cranleigh's Founders, Archdeacon John Henry Sapte, Rector of Cranleigh, and Sir George Cubitt). The names of all Benefactors are read out at the annual Founder's Day Service each Michaelmas Term.
The Vivian Cox Society, named after one of our foremost and much-loved benefactors, has been created to assist and recognise friends of the School who have made a commitment to help secure the long-term status and future of the School through their wills. All members receive an invitation to an annual lunch at School hosted by the Head and personal invitations to other notable School events throughout the year.
