We are delighted to launch our 2017 Awesome Book Awards, an innovative prize that will honour the best new fiction for young readers aged 7-10 years, managed by Cranleigh Schools. Today we are proud to announce the shortlist of five exciting debut novels.
Between now and March next year, we will be supporting pupils from the Prep School, along with more than forty other schools in London and the South East, to read, share and discuss these ‘awesome’ books and ultimately vote for their favourite.
In May we shall be hosting the Awesome Book Awards Ceremony, presented by Lauren Child MBE, with all of the short-listed authors in attendance, where the winner of the Awesome Book Award 2017 will be announced.
