Sam M played extremely well in the trials and was selected for the A squad while James D, Freddie P, Marcus M, Tom W, Liam R and Toby D were chosen to represent the Development squad.

Both squads will spend the remainder of this year training and playing matches against academies before competing at Gothia in the spring against teams from all around the world. The opening ceremony, held in the national stadium in front of 55,000 spectators and shown live on Swedish television, is one of the highlights of the week long tournament.
