Anna McNamara adjudicated a tantalising festival for the fourth year running, hosted at St Hilary’s Prep School.

There were up to 100 finalists performing over two days from Year 3 to Year 8. Cranleigh Prep entered six performers for the Year 8 section, who all did Cranleigh proud. They lifted the bar and showed a room full of parents and teachers from nine different schools how a piece can be performed.

Well done to all for a brilliant day out and for representing the school in such a magnificent way.

CPS Results:

Hafiz A came 1st place in the Surrey Drama Festival for IAPS Schools (Year 8 Monologue Category)
Holly P came 3rd place and Maddie Highly Commended
Jack M 1st in the Speech Category
Harry C 2nd in the Prose
Sophie F 2nd in the Shakespeare section
