Commandment: \u2018Honour Your Parents\u2019. They spoke with clear conviction, reminding the rest of the Lower and Middle school what it means to honour and respect your parents and why it is important to do so. <\/p>\n
Humorous sketches illustrated their points and were interspersed with relevant bible quotations.<\/p>\n\n
The children also acted out the story of \u2018Five Minutes peace\u2019 from the Large Family book \u2013 which struck a chord of familiarity with many of the 1U parents who had come to support their sons and daughters.<\/p>\n\n
My thanks go to Mrs Beddison for teaching and rehearsing the gentle song \u2018Honour your Father and your Mother\u2019 and to all the children for their impressive word-learning, clear speaking and fabulous acting and singing \u2013 well done!<\/p>\n\n
