Built entirely using traditional methods and materials, the Swaminarayan Mandir has been described as being Britain\u2019s first authentic Hindu temple.<\/p>\n<p>We were all made to feel very welcome in the temple and we observed an Arti ceremony and had the opportunity to see the beautiful marble structure that was built by the British Hindu community in the early 1990\u2019s.
