She is passionate that the chocolate she produces is fairly traded and is working on ways to ensure the farmer is paid as directly as possible for the work they do.<\/p>\n\n<p>The children had the opportunity to taste her artisan chocolate and took home lovely Easter chocolate bunnies as a souvenir.
