This page details the personal details that we collect during the use of your website through the submission of forms and other actions.
When you fill in a form, for downloading a prospectus, or making an admissions enquiry, we store information that will help us process your enquiry. That data is stored on our web servers as well as being emailed to the relevant people in our admissions team. They then, in some cases, will update their database with your information. All form submission data is wiped from our web servers each year during the summer holidays. The Admissions Department delete data at the end of the academic year of which the subject is enquiring about. This data is not shared with any third party.
Admissions Registration Form
During the submission of the registration form sensitive data is collected, including the uploading of a Birth Certificate, Passport and VISA information. This data is passed to the Admissions department who store it in order to be able to prove the nationality of each child, when requested to do so by the UK Border Agency. The data is wiped from the web servers each year during the summer holidays. However is retained by the Admissions department according to the schedule table below. This data is not shared with any third party, unless requested by border agency checks.

Sending a Staff Member an Email via a website form
When you use a web form to send an email to a member of staff the data in the form is stored on the web server as well as being emailed to the member of staff directly. The information stored on the web server serves as a backup and record of transmission, should the email become undeliverable. This data then gets deleted a month after submission. This data is not shared with any third party.
