We are committed to preparing Cranleighans for life beyond our gates. The job market is evolving and the Sixth Form students of today will need a wide range of knowledge, skills and personal characteristics to thrive. Our careers programme aims to give students a head start.

We hold a careers fair and a gap fair once a year to provide students with an insight into the various career paths available. Termly professionals’ suppers also enable Sixth Formers to meet with a variety of experts from various fields in an informal setting to give advice, support and inspiration.

Cranleigh Futures Week and UCAS Day take place in the Lower Sixth, when OC leavers who are now at University, or who made different post-school choices help students to inform the important decisions they are about to make. Parents, Old Cranleighans and outside speakers regularly visit the school to give talks about different careers, subjects and universities.

Careers help also includes CV workshops, seminars on interview techniques and continues through work placements to postgraduate employment and career changes, via The Cranleigh Network.
