Amanda carries out the pre-employment/safer recruiting checks
for all those coming to work at Cranleigh. This involves meeting almost
everyone that has been offered a role and subsequently working through the admin
tasks that follow this until the process is complete and the candidate has
clearance to start work here. Amanda takes pride in ensuring that anyone
joining Cranleigh is suitable to work with children
Amanda also allocates training via VWVPlus, the School’s
training platform; some staff prefer to complete this independently but Amanda regularly
holds small group training sessions for those that may wish to attend and
complete the courses in this way
Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time with her family
and loves the outdoors.Long walks,
beach trips, reading and travelling are her favourite pass times
