Ms Charlotte Frude is a Classics teacher and a tutor in West House. She joined the Classics department in 2017 to teach Latin, Greek and Classical Civilisation. Ms Frude decided to pursue teaching while studying Classics at the University of Cambridge, from where she graduated with first class honours in 2016.
At university she specialised in Latin Literature and Ancient Philosophy – subjects about which she hopes to enthuse Cranleighans. Immediately prior to her move to Surrey, she spent a year living in Japan as a Tsuzuki scholar studying Japanese. Ms Frude is pleased to be playing hockey again and especially looks forward to netball season.
