James Dale-Adcock

James has worked for Cranleigh for over twenty years, initially at Cranleigh’s UK Prep School where he was Deputy Head, before setting up the Cranleigh International office in 2018. James holds a Geography degree from London University and a PGCE. During his career James has advised on education policy within the independent sector in the UK, was an Executive Trustee and served on the Governing Body of Surrey’s first Free School, and is a Governor at a local maintained secondary school. He is also author of the Hodder Education Geography text book series.

James heads up the Cranleigh International team based out of Cranleigh’s UK campus. He leads on new international market development, quality assurance for Cranleigh’s existing portfolio of international schools, as well as overseeing his team’s work on the comprehensive staff and student connection framework which is central to Cranleigh’s international approach. James is the key executive contact for all international schools matters at Cranleigh.
