The weather couldn’t have been kinder for the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Practice Expedition! It was a gloriously sunny couple of days, although the clear skies meant for a chilly night! 80 Lower Fifth pupils took part and refined their packing, navigation and camping skills in readiness for the assessed expedition in June. Despite the sore feet and shoulders, everyone learnt a lot and most said they really enjoyed it!

A big thank you to the 13 members of staff who gave up their time to help train and supervise the groups.
