Three intense days of competition saw the top 32 school teams from England, Wales and Scotland, who had allDressage 2014Resized qualified through regional rounds, fight it out for National honours at the NSEA Championships at Addington Manor over half term.  Championship classes at all levels from Mini to Open were fiercely contested in the three disciplines of Dressage, Show Jumping and Arena Eventing.

Cranleigh riders did themselves proud once more, not quite retaining theirLila Dressage title but finishing with one team taking the silver medal position and the other the bronze.  The Mini Arena Eventing team also finished in bronze medal position, with their Novice and Intermediate counterparts making the final line-up (of the top eight teams) in sixth and seventh respectively.  Lila Millard took sixth place individually in the Mini event.  With our Show Jumping teams just missing out on theCaileigh finals (the 32 starting teams are whittled down to just eight for the final round) there was still plenty to celebrate with top ten placings at national level.

It is now the turn of our Grassroots riders who will be contesting the South East Championships in November.
