Academic Vacancies

Cranleigh School is set in two hundred acres of Surrey farmland, eight miles from Guildford, and near a thriving small town. The School enjoys a country environment situated within an hour’s drive of London.

Founded in 1865 as a boys’ boarding school, the School is now coeducational and currently has around 600 pupils. Pupils arrive at the School aged 13 and leave after A Levels.

Conditions for Members of Common Room

The School’s policy is to provide accommodation for any teaching staff who require it. Salaries are based on Cranleigh pay scales. Scales for staff living in their own accommodation are adjusted accordingly.

Posts at Cranleigh are pensionable under the Teachers’ Superannuation Scheme. Private health care and long-term sickness insurance are currently available if required. Generous fee concessions are available for children of members of teaching staff attending Cranleigh School and Cranleigh Preparatory School.
