During the latter half of the Lent Term, a group of Form 5 girls set up a Cooking for Charity group to bake healthy (and sometimes not so healthy!) snacks to sell at pick-up time. This was to raise money for their form’s charity, the RNLI.  They baked during Long Break on Mondays and also brought in goodies that they had made at home.

Freddie M also got involved as he had the ingenious idea of selling any coins we collected, that were of particular interest to collectors (or numismatists!), on eBay! He did this over the Easter holidays and boosted the grand total collected to £381.24. The group worked together brilliantly to divide tasks, work on the financial aspect and also the advertising of the event!

Well done to everyone involved: Emily J-P, Isobel J-P, Grace C, Eliza L, Matilda B, Matilda H, Naalini B, Sophie R and Freddie M.
