Form 1 are studying Abstract Art this term, particularly the works of Kandinsky, whilst also looking at artists such as Joan Miro, Picasso, Hans Hofman and both Sonia & Robert Delaunay.
Here are some wonderfully colourful photos of Form 1D yesterday, using bleeding tissue paper to make a study of an abstract artist. They had a lot of fun and we’re now looking forward to the ‘big reveal’ during next week’s Art lesson, when we’ll see how their creations look when they’re dry!
