Form 6 pupil Bella S, has experienced the fantastic opportunity of singing for ‘Songs of Praise’ as a chorister at Guildford Cathedral.
Filming took place at the beginning of May and this ‘Songs of Praise’ will be broadcast on this Sunday 12th June on BBC One.
The Director of Music at Guildford Cathedral, Katherine Dienes-Williams said “I wanted to write to say how magnificent the choristers were at the Songs of Praise recording…The choristers were spectacular from start to finish – excited, beaming, happy and above all, full of the energy and work ethic required to record for television in that manner for three hours”.
