Many congratulations to Ollie W and Charlie P, who won the U14’s Mercian league, representing Surbiton Hockey Club. This is a brilliant achievement as it is the top U14 regional league. Their U14 Premier team coach at Surbiton is former Cranleigh School Hockey Captain and OC, Jonny Gall.
A special mention also to Sebastian S, currently in Form 1, who played two years above himself for the U10 Haslemere Hockey Club at the South Regional Finals last weekend. Having already won county medals, Sebastian’s team won the plate, after losing only one match all day (to the eventual winners of the Cup final).
