Lower School children were treated to a wonderful concert experience given by Mrs Williams accompanied by Mr Saxel. They were introduced to a variety of flutes and instruments from around the world, and heard how high and low flutes and piccolos can play. This was followed by a fascinating tale of storms, pirates and battles interspersed with fabulous flute miniatures that illustrated the story. It was a wonderful soundscape, expertly played, that inspired and delighted both the children and adults in the audience.
