Many congratulations to Sam T, Form 6, who has been selected to play for the ISFA U14 National Football Squad. Having already been chosen to play for the ISFA regional squad, Sam went up to the ISFA Regional Festival at Shrewsbury during the Easter holidays and, after being observed over three days, he was scouted for the U14 National Squad. This is a fantastic achievement and Sam enjoyed playing alongside some excellent players, including the sons of Gareth Barry and Robbie Savage!
Having captained a successful 1st football team here at CPS, playing centre mid field, Sam will go to a football training camp during the summer holidays. We wish him all the best for the 2016-17 season, when he will then represent the ISFA National Football squad, playing against other Academies.
