Friday afternoon saw the annual House cross-country event underway. It wasn’t nearly as cold as usual, as parents gathered to watch the competition unfold.
Runners from the lower, middle and upper school completed their laps of the course to cheers and support from their families and classmates.
The results were announced in chapel today:
Individual winners were Emily L & Tommy W in the U8s, Eliza L & Humphrey B in the U9s, Emma V and Monty N in the U10s, Charlotte B & James M in the U11s, Olivia M & Scott W in the U12s and Will P & Imogen P in the U13 section.
Lower School boys was won by Clubs and Lower School girls was also won by Clubs.
Middle School boys was won by Diamonds and Middle School girls was won by Clubs.
Upper School boys was won by Diamonds and Upper School girls was won by Clubs.
Overall results: 1st Clubs, 2nd Diamonds, 3rd Hearts, 4th Spades.
Well done to everyone for taking part and good luck to our 72 runners at Eagle House this afternoon.
