We love boarding! When we are not chilling out with our friends; or playing dingbats with matron; or making smoothies with our house parents; or flipping pancakes on pancake day – we are being taken on exciting trips like the one last week to the Spectrum!
Last Friday a group of over 40 boarders got taken by coach to the Spectrum to go Ice Skating – COOL! (a good job we had plenty of layers on!).
Some of us were quite experienced and were soon burning up the ice like a member of the Guildford Flames ice hockey team.
Others looked more like awkward penguins struggling to stay on our feet – it was even worse if we actually tried to dance to the music that was being played!
Anyway, we all had a superb time and returned happy and exhausted. Can’t wait to find out what our next special event is going to be..!
