Form 2 enjoyed a trip to Fishbourne Roman Palace yesterday as part of their Humanities topic ‘The Romans’.

The children took part in a number of different activities including; studying the Roman remains of the mosaics where the palace used to stand and looking at the other treasures that had been found on the site, in the museum.

To top the day off they attended an interactive workshop, where they role played being in a Roman kitchen, wrote using the Roman alphabet and made mosaics, amongst other things. A great day was had by all.
