Form 3 have started a new, exciting Viking unit in Humanities.
They have been exploring Viking ship building technology to understand how it enabled Viking raids and North Atlantic exploration.
Building their own miniature Viking longships was the perfect way to do this – everyone’s ship floated initially, but only three of the pupils ships remained afloat and intact by the end of the lesson!
