Form 5 pupils enjoyed making deliciously spicy biscuits in their Food Technology lesson this morning. They had to learn different skills including – pre heating the ovens, lining their baking trays, sifting, mixing and forming soft dough to make into walnut size balls and using the oven timer to ensure the biscuits were cooked correctly.
