We are pleased to announce our new boarding leaders: Eté M, Ben B, and Olive K.
These pupils were selected by the boarding team for their outstanding qualities, as well as their long-standing commitment as full-time boarders. It was also felt that they are best suited for the responsibilities of the role.
As boarding leaders, their duties will include setting a positive example for fellow boarders and taking on various responsibilities. These include assisting the boarding team with the daily routine, communicating any concerns or suggestions from boarders, helping at special events, mentoring new boarders, supporting homesick pupils, and offering guidance to younger boarders. They will also represent boarders at meetings, share feedback from those meetings, ensure the care and maintenance of equipment and furniture, give tours to visitors, and help enforce the boarding house rules.
