In Humanities this term, Form 1 have been following Phileas Fogg’s journey ‘Around the World in 80 Days.’  When we last saw Phileas, he had just rescued Princess Auoda and was on his way across India on the back of an elephant.

The Form 1s recreated the spirit of India in their Dance Workshop this morning, using traditional hand, head, and body movements such as “mayura” (peacock), “sikhara” (peak of the mountain), and “pataka” (flag).  It was wonderful to watch them dance a Bollywood routine in just 45 minutes! Much fun was had by all.
