Self Defence and Personal Safety Workshop

On Friday evening we hosted self defence trainers Defence Lab for two, two-hour workshops with Sixth Form girls. The workshops focussed on Personal Safety and Self Defence empowering our young women to gain confidence and stay safe in the world beyond Cranleigh.
