In 2014 Cranleigh Abu Dhabi opened its doors on Saadiyat Island embracing its international location and the rich diversity of cultures that define the UAE.
Cranleigh International built the local operating company for the school which was passed on to Aldar Education in 2018 to continue the rapid success of the school in continued partnership with Cranleigh. This includes winning the TES Best new International School of the Year and being listed in Spears Top 100 global schools. Cranleigh Abu Dhabi has since celebrated nearly a decade of delivering quality education. The school’s commitment to student development and its dedication to fostering a love of learning have made it a thriving institution in the region. In January 2024 a separate Cranleigh Abu Dhabi Pre-Prep site was opened at Saadiyat Lagoons for over 600 Pre-Prep children.
