It is in the Pre-Prep that the foundations of a child’s ‘love for learning’ take place and in order to nurture our pupils’ happiness and in turn ignite this fire, Cranleigh Pre-Prep uses a tailored approach for the teaching of our broad-based curriculum. Our aim is for every child to experience the ‘buzz’ of success whilst establishing a strong academic base. Our children develop into enthusiastic, resilient and engaged life-long learners; ready to tackle whatever challenges life may throw at them.
We have a dedicated and approachable staff who take time to listen to and guide the children allowing them to build self-confidence, emotional well-being and to feel valued at an early stage in their schooling. This in turn, will support our pupils to develop strong communication and transferable skills, such as problem solving and collaboration, which are required in order to flourish and be happy, not only at school, but also in their later life. It is this happiness that remains at the core of my vision; it is the most crucial ingredient to a child’s future success.
