Well done to all the teams who competed in our first prep schools triathlon yesterday.

More than 700 children aged from 7 to 13 swam, cycled and ran in teams of four to raise money for youth charity Restless Development as well as their own chosen charities.

Congratulations to the winning teams in each year group: Team Fleet All Stars from Feltonfleet in the Year 3/4 group who completed all three events in 29.21 minutes; Team Bat Boys from Thomas’s Prep School Battersea in the Year 5/6 group who finished in 28.29 minutes; and Team DMPC from Cranleigh Prep and St Catherine’s who finished the longer course for Year 7/8 children in an impressive 37.56 minutes.

Huge thanks to overall organisers Jim Sewell and Human Race, sponsors Flight Centre and Knight Frank and Event Co-ordinator Jackie Batchelor, as well as all the volunteers who helped to make it such a special event.
