The art department was delighted to welcome an enthusiastic and skilful group of Year 6 pupils from both Pennthorpe School and Edgeborough School for workshops in our Sculpture and Painting studios.
The visiting artists explored paint techniques developed from looking at the colours and textures of small pebbles, while tripod-based architectural structures were constructed in the 3D studio. We very much enjoyed the afternoon and were pleased with the focussed and inventive approaches taken by the boys and girls.
