Pupils Coca Hall and Rosie Hope won gold medals as part of the East Grinstead women’s squad that took the national Indoor trophy for the second time in four years.

A tense semi-final 2-1 win over Slough was followed by a stunning performance in the final against Buckingham that resulted in a 10-2 victory with Coca scoring the final goal with a cool reverse stick finish.

Richard Organ, Director of Hockey, commented: “It’s just fantastic to see so many Cranleighans playing at the very highest level of the game and performing so well. Recent OCs Pippa Lock and Millie Regan were also in the team that was brilliantly captained by yet another OC, Zoe Siddall (previously Zoe Burrell), and there were many others playing in the tournament.”
