Siena K. has just made her debut for England under 16 Girls against Scotland. The selection process started at the Futures Cup in August of last year, and has taken in numerous training camps over the past eight months.

The weekend was a double-header against their Scottish counterparts. Although playing in defence, Siena had quite a lot of attacking to do as England dominated both games running out 3-0 and 2-1 winners in the two matches.

The next stage is further training prior to summer matches against Germany and Belgium.

Richard Organ, Director of Hockey, commented “It’s always great to see athletes start their international journey and we wish Siena the best of luck for the rest of the summer.”
