Following trials for current England U16s before Long Leave and further trials for potential players during Long Leave, congratulations to Ben G., Siena K. and Pippi S. for getting into their respective England U18 training squads. We wish them all the best for the next stage of the programme (probably in December depending on COVID).
Whilst Tess S. and Pippi S. continued to play regularly for Surbiton 2s in the National League Div 1 South, Liv M. played her first National League game of the season for them against Reading in which they drew 1-1.
Also over Long Leave Eliza W. made her National League debut for East Grinstead 1s as they beat University of Birmingham 3-2 in the Premier Division and the following week she was joined by Alice W. in a high-class friendly against Surbiton 1s which ended 3-3.
