Last weekend, Pippi S. travelled to Belgium to play a three match series against the hosts.

It was going to be tough for England going up against one of the new powerhouses of world hockey and the first game soon proved this with Belgium running out 3-1 winners. England improved in the second game, drawing 1-1 and going on to win the shootout.

The final game highlighted this young England side’s improvement but the Belgians managed a 2-1 victory to take the series.

Pippi was joined in all 3 games by recent OC Rosie Hope who is currently at the University of Michigan in the US.

Many congratulations to both of them on making their Under 21 debuts.
