On Fridays, a group of sixth formers come together with their lunch to discuss different areas of high performance sport. Topics include nutrition, fear of failure, how to cope with being dropped, how to be a leader and dealing with anxiety.

We also occasionally get speakers in and on Friday 6th March we were delighted to welcome Harlequins player Oscar Beard, who is an Old Cranleighan (North, 2020). His Q&A on life in professional rugby focused on dealing with injuries as well as positive self talk.

Mr Andrew Houston, Director of Sport
