Tara M (Martlet, Upper Fifth) led the Southeast U18 team to success at the recent British Eventing Youth Championships at Bishop Burton International.

An excellent dressage test put them in a good position at the end of the first discipline and then a clear cross country round inside the time left them as overnight leaders before the final show jumping round.

Individually, one pole down relegated her to fourth place, an excellent result in itself, but the Southeast team were victorious, with an astonishing 30 points between them and the Scottish team who finished in second.

Congratulations Tara!
