Congratulations to the following ten girls and five boys who have been selected for the Tier 1 competition stage of the regional hockey process for this season.
Having been nominated to the regional trial squads by their county coaches, all have been involved in a busy summer of trials and training at one of the twelve centres spread around the country, with those listed below being selected recently from the trial squads to represent their age-group regional team in one of four cluster competitions taking place on Sundays 16th and 30th September. Some will represent the Eastleigh Leopards, playing in the South-West cluster at Clifton College, and some will represent the Tonbridge Tigers or Northwood Tigers, playing in the South-East cluster at Bishop’s Stortford.
South-west (Wessex Leopards): Megan Batchelor (U15), Gaby Gerrard (U15), Emily Thorpe (U15), Olivia Camsey (U16), Chloe Nicholls (U16).
South-east (Saxon Tigers): Charlie Firth (U15), Charlotte Calnan (U15), Katy Robinson (U16), Jen Vincent (U16), Will Calnan (U17), Charlie Thompson (U17), Ali Clift (U18), James Gall (U18), Georgia Lord (U18), Emily Robinson (U18).
