In a new venture for the senior school, Wednesday 29th November saw a range of our singers with a specific interest in music theatre given a platform to perform to an appreciative audience of parents, students, villagers and staff. A wide range of music was sung from contemporary musicals such as Bonnie and Clyde to classics from stage and screen including Grease and Carousel. It was refreshing to see some of our students perform for the first time and begin their journey towards taking roles in our major musical productions in the future but particular highlights for the evening were Zoe G. singing ‘Wishing you were somewhere here again’ from Phantom of the Opera, Molly A. singing I’m not that girl from Wicked and Ted S. performing Stranger in Paradise from Kismet.

Well done to all the singers for a great performance.
