For the first time in 18 months, a phrase we’ve all heard a lot recently, we’re delighted to be able to offer the full timetable of dance opportunities at Cranleigh including Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Contemporary, Tap and Dance Company.
Last year we managed to keep some dance classes running over Zoom during the various lockdowns and danced in year group ‘bubbles’ when restrictions eased. A highlight we weren’t able to enjoy was dancing as a whole Dance Company as this incorporates all dancers across the whole school.
Cranleigh’s Dance Company is really looking forward to resuming and performing together again and will be working towards various events throughout the term including an informal Dance Cabaret Evening at the end of term, keep your eyes peeled for more details.
We’re also delighted to welcome Miss Kathleen Harman who joins the dance teaching team. Miss Kath graduated from the prestigious Urdang Dance Academy and we look forward to dancing with her.
