Phoebe BaggeThe School Big Band held its annual Supper Dance  on Friday 31st January in the Emm’s Centre atrium. A  good crowd of parents and supporters enjoyed an evening of lively music and a lovely supper.

The band struck up to the sounds of Witchcraft and followed with many well-known melodies such as Moon River, Can’t Help Falling In Love, In the Mood and a Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square. A central highlight of the evening was the band’s vocalist, Phoebe Bagge, singing, the beautiful ballad “Blue Moon” followed later in the programme by “They Can’t Take That Away From Me.”   Traditionally the evening ended with The Last Waltz  by which time the dance floor was full: everyone had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and huge congratulations must go to the whole band for their outstanding performance.
