Cranleigh’s Robbie Olival has won an award for School Chef of the Year. Robbie, Chef de  Partie at Cranleigh, created a Harrison School COTYspecial menu that impressed the judges and won him a trophy, personalised chef’s jacket and dinner for four at a top restaurant. Robbie’s two course menu featured a deconstructed chicken Caesar salad with winter roast vegetables and cranberry chutney, followed by passion fruit millefeuille for dessert.

The millefeuille recipe is available for budding chefs to try out at home.
