On Sunday, Cranleigh hosted a Target Sprint national qualifying event. Target Sprint is a new discipline from British Shooting which involves running 400m, shooting five knockdown targets with 15 pellets, run, shoot, run. First to pass the line wins, combining athleticism with skill and accuracy. Its simple, its fast and its fun!

Megan was out again, after a busy Saturday at the Royal Windsor Horse Show in between revising and got gold in the Juniors girls, (16-20 years). The RSM, Ruari, led from the front getting gold, setting a new course record on the way in the junior boys, with Theo getting silver.

The Contingent Officers got involved too. Major Reed, gold in the seniors and Major Money bronze in the masters. Mr Neil Brooks, Headmaster Cranleigh Prep School also qualified in the Masters group.

Congratulations to all those who took part and good luck in the national finals taking part at Bisley later in the year.
