This week Lower Fifth artists were treated to a workshop afternoon which allowed them to make rapid and energetic progress with their practical work. No lesson breaks or interruptions gave us some extended studio time – vital to refine work and develop momentum on their GCSE theme of ‘Transformations’. After six weeks of the GCSE course the Lower Fifth pupils were ready to spend time on more ambitious work in the Woodyer Art Studios’ Printmaking, Painting, Sculpture and Photography spaces.

The photos below give a flavour of a very productive afternoon.
