The Cranleigh School Senior Rugby Squad recently embarked on a five-day training camp at Browns Sports Resort in Vilamoura, Portugal. A total of 44 players and 6 staff travelled, making the most of the superb facilities available.
Across the week, the squad completed seven pitch sessions and four gym sessions, focusing on technical skills, tactical development, and fitness work. The camp provided an excellent opportunity for the players to prepare for the second half of the season
Away from training, the team also enjoyed some well-earned downtime, taking part in five-a-side football, paddle ball, and making use of the spa and leisure facilities. The camp concluded with an exciting afternoon of go-karting, rounding off a highly successful and enjoyable week for all involved.
