Introducing our new Day option
From September 2026, we’re introducing a new Day option for pupils who want the full Cranleigh experience during the day, with evenings spent at home. These pupils will be fully immersed in Cranleigh’s academic life and rich co-curricular programme – enjoying everything from sport to music, drama and design – before heading home at 5.45pm.
More than a school – it’s a culture
Cranleigh gives pupils the strength to thrive – not just in school, but in life. Through bold exploration, deep questioning, and hands-on experiences, they discover their strengths and grow in confidence.
Big ambitions, outstanding results
Cranleigh is proudly a broad-church school, welcoming pupils of all academic backgrounds – yet our academic outcomes rival those of the top selective schools, thanks to pupils consistently exceeding expectations.
In 2025:
- 72% of GCSEs were graded 9–7
- 83% of A-Level grades were A*–B, with 100% pass rate
On average, pupils improve by half a grade in every subject, due to exceptional teaching, personalised guidance, and a culture that brings out their best. Our girls continue to shine academically, achieving excellent results across all subjects.
We don’t stop at academics, our Futures Programme equips pupils with real-world skills in entrepreneurship, AI, and workplace readiness – preparing them for life, not just exams.
Opportunities that build confidence
Cranleigh pupils are encouraged to explore a wide range of activities – from sport, art, drama, dance and music to outdoor education and academic societies – helping them develop their passions and self-belief.
We believe in sport for all, whether on the A team or the F team. Participation builds teamwork, resilience, and a lifelong love of being active. For aspiring athletes, Cranleigh offers elite training programmes and clear pathways to regional and national competition.
Our award-winning performing arts programme helps pupils enhance creativity and leadership, with high-production performances staged at the Wimbledon Theatre.
A 280-acre campus that inspires
Set in the Surrey Hills, Cranleigh’s blend of historic charm and cutting-edge facilities makes learning dynamic and engaging – from science labs and design studios to the Trevor Abbott Sports Centre and Woodyer Art Studios.
